The accomodations are equipped for occupancy of the maximum persons indicated.
To the standard equipment of every accomodation belongs: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ironing board and flat-iron. Garden furniture, parasols, long chairs (not obligatory available for apartments or bungalows.
Not included:
- 7% tax of the purchase price
- Obligatory final cleaning accdording to the index mentioned for the accomodation eur N/A + 7% tax.
- Obligatory energy costs, according to the index mentioned for the accomodation from 01.01.09/31.5.09 and from 27/09/09/31.12.09 euros N/A per week + 7% tax, From 31/05/09-27/09/09 euros N/A per week + 7% tax.
- Administration costs 30 Euros.
Rentals for less than 7 days during easter and christmas period, have to be charged with a minimum price of one week
extra charges on request (to pay at arrival):
- Bed linen and towels and tea towels: Euros 11 + 7% tax per person/stay (on request)
- Extra bed: 10% of the letting price (minimum 50euros + 7% tax per week)
- Baby bed or/and high chair Euros 10 + 7% tax per week
- Charges for pets 50 Euros + 7% per stay
- Deposit for the keys Euros 500 -
Arrival: saturday between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure: saturday between 9:00 and 10:00
During autum and winter season any day may be chosen, reservation on request.
